The performance "The Mincer" is a reaction to the inhuman war unleashed by Russia against Ukraine. We made it on September 3, 2022 near the building of the Parliament of Georgia together with Anna Kharlamova, an actress of the Doc theater. Anna played the motherland. She lay in a bath and gave birth to meat, a lot of meat. I was the war, and I took the meat to mince it and give it back to her. During the performance, I ground 10 kilograms of meat into minced meat, it took me 2.5 hours.

The performance touches on the feminist view of the war. It's about the mother-killing archetype. A Russian woman resignedly gives her children to the slaughter of the state in order to get them back in the form of minced meat. It's scary, wild, and unnatural, but that's what's happening right now.
