‘The Current of Death’ performance is dedicated to the memory of all Ukrainians who died as a result of the aggressive war started by Russia on February 24, 2022. After two years of chaos and destruction, grief and horror, it’s important to remember that war is not a chess game, wise geopolitics or a historical mission, as Vladimir Putin thinks. War means coffins, corpses on the battlefield and funerals for loved ones. War leaves nothing in its wake except death. This shouldn’t happen. Every person who considers himself a humanist must now do everything possible so that people stop dying, so that those who are responsible for this war are punished, so that this horror never happens again.
